My client, a past-paced global CMO based in Aargau is looking for Production Chemists.

Job Function:

• Managing projects from pilot volume to commercial production operations and scale-up activities.
• Implementation and optimisation of existing and new production processes in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
• Identification and implementation of improvement measures to reduce faulty batches.
• Exchanging with customers and answering their questions

To be considered you need to have:

• Degree in Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Production Chemist in the pharma or biotech industry.
• Solid experience in process technology / process engineering.
• Scale-up experience in desirable.
• Must be fluent in both German and English.
