My client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer are looking for a Junior Quality Manager to join their growing team. This will give you the opportunity to join a company who are looking to grow significantly in this region over the next couple of years. You will have the chance to work closely with a senior Quality manager giving you great opportunities for development and growth. You will at first be concentrating on GDP quality and have the chance to develop skills in audit, Quality management and external stakeholder management.
 

Junior QA Manager

Location: Neuchatel

Job function:

• Receive appropriate training and be enabled to progressively execute the following tasks:
  • Maintenance of the Quality Management System
  • KPI Monitoring and Periodic reporting
  • Qualification Processes and Relations with Trading Partners
  • Preparation and Participation to Audits/Inspections
  • CAPA/Deviations Management
• Activities & responsibilities are discussed with the Responsible Person according to the Business needs.
• Developed in order to be the RP Deputy

To be considered you need to have.

• Postgraduate working experience of at least 1 year in the pharmaceutical sector (or equivalent relevant field)
• Good knowledge of the English and French language: may be required to interact with stakeholders at a global scale and with regulatory agencies.
• Good skills with software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (SAP prior experience would be advantageous)
