My client, a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, are looking for an Engineering Site Lead to lead their Aseptic Drug Product site from an engineering standpoint. 

Role responsibilities

• Responsible for leading engineering projects, ensuring they’re designed properly, and efficiently handed over to operations
• Manage CAPEX/portfolio budgets of up to 120 million CHF of investment per year
• Lead and build a team of 15 direct reports
• Working closely with manufacturing and operations teams, ensuring objectives of all projects are achieved

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in project engineering 
• 5 years leadership experience 
• University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or Chemical discipline
• Fluent in English and German
